This chess engine is now a comercial item, but is still available for donwload. The latest free version I was able to find is 12.13. At any rate, the reason I was searching for it was an article I came across ( http://www.lokasoft.nl/uk/deepsjengintro.htm ) which gave the folowing position from a game among GM Boris Alterman & Sjeng, WCCC Exhibition
